Stacked lashes, seen at Versace, are an eye-opener. Buy falsies (or flashier versions, like Viktor & Rolf’s) and cut them in half, advises Max Factor makeup artist Jake Bailey. “Apply to the outside of each eye so the longest lashes are closest to the temple,” he says.
